Ma Ma Ranson knitted these for me from Pure Manx Mohair which I received from Clare Lewis of Isle of Man Goats in exchange for a 100% Manx Ballakelly Farm rib of beef.
This was while we were trading at the Isle of Man Food & Drink Festival at the Villa Marina Gardens in September last year.
It just goes to show, a bit of old fashioned goods trading between producers is still a viable business option in the digital age!
