We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated and keen student to be taught the art of butchery the Ballakelly way.
Initially we would be looking for the following days and hours, all to be supervised and on-hand trained by our in-house butcher Duncan.
Tues: 8.30 – 5.30
Thurs: 8.30 – 5.30
Fri: 8.30 – 5.30
Days and hours will vary based upon demand and how quickly the chosen candidate becomes self-sufficient in various tasks.
Included within this exciting opportunity is full in house training in butchering beef, pork and lamb carcases into joints and cuts, packing and labelling, full clean down of the butchery room, temperature record keeping and much more.
This is a great opportunity to join the existing team at a time when Ballakelly is expanding and to become a key member of the team.
