- For Mince
- 1 Pound Ballakelly Farm Beef Mince
- 2 Whole Onions Finely Chopped
- 2 Whole Carrots Sliced
- 3 Sticks Celery Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Garden Peas
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried Fixed Herbs
- 2 Packs Mix
- 100 ml Red Wine
- 100 Grams Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 200 ml Water
- 400 grams Chopped Tomatoes
- Just for Potatoes
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Large Knob Butter
- 1 KG Potatoes

Instructions
- Simmer carrots & celery for 40 minutes
- Add mince & onion to pan and brown
- Drain mince & onions
- Boil potatoes & when cooked add butter and milk. Mash the potatoes
- Add rest of contents to mince & onion, simmer for 10 minutes
- Pour mince mixture into large oven proof dish, cover with a layer of mashed potato.
- Sprinkle with cheese and put in pre-heated oven (180C) for 40 minutes. ENJOY!
