- 1 lb Ballakelly Farm Stewing Steak Cubed
- 60 Grams Seasoned Flour
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Large Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 Whole Green Pepper Deseeded & Chopped
- 2 Whole Carrots Peeled & Chopped
- 1 Stick Celery Chopped
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 tbsp Tomato Purée
- Pinch Grated Nutmeg
- Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
- Coat the meat in the seasoned flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, pepper, carrot & celery. Add the meat and fry until brown
- Add the paprika, tomato puree, nutmeg, mixed herbs, salt and pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the stock, chopped tomato's, red wine and worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and transfer to the slow cooker.
Cook for 5-6 hours
