- 1 Heaped Tsp Garlic Purée
- 1 Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a pan, with the left over pork (cut into lengths)
- Bring to the boil and simmer until the pork is shredded and the sauce has dissolved
- Serve with left over veggies and homemade potato wedges
