Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the sweet potato. Summer for about 10 mins until soft. Drain well then season (if you wish) then mash until smooth .
While the sweet potatoes ore cooking, heat 1/2 the coconut oil in another pan and add the mince. Cook until browned and then place meat in a bowl
In the same pan add the rest of the coconut oil and the onion, pepper, carrot and courgette. Stir fry until softened. Add the tomato purée and cook for a further minute. Add the meat back to the veg and add the stock. Bring to the boil then summer for 20 mins
Remove from the heat and add the peas and Worcester sauce
Add to oven proof dish and top with the sweet potato
Bake for 20 mins
